  1. Oxytones 3:00 – Two basic movements starting with a super heavy swing, with a progressive melodic line, that weaves around a kind of Jazz/Metal groove with two islands of passive instrumentation with classical guitar layers.

  2. Suchness 6:00 – (6 movements) A collage of solo, rhythm and lead guitar material, improvised at times over a rhythm backdrop comprised of both hard & mellow rock ideas.

  3. Touched Down 4:10 - Two movements, the first is a mellow acoustic intro touched by the elements, the second is a trio of guitar, drums & bass funk obnoxiously overcome with synthetic overtones by the end.

  4. 9thirteens+ 3:13 - Based on an idea I’ve been contemplating for years – finally accomplished - to produce a song that uses time signatures 1/4-13/4 in a consecutive stream. The time counts as: 1, 12, 123, 1234, 12345, 123456, 1234567, 12345678, 123456789, 123456789 10, 123456789 10 11, 123456789 10 11 12, 123456789 10 11 12 13, - I count this out a few times and upon completing this twelve times with accents signaling I overlay melody and chaos.

  5. Placiditty 3:17 – This is a 1st time, one & only take with lead & rhythm completely improvised over a slowed rhythm backdrop recorded as I played it & reversed. (This is quite possible with a Boomerang)

  6. Barbelo 15:00 – (10 movements) Starts out with a slick dark (1) electronic piece (electronic instruments), which slides into harmonics melding into two (2&3) slow stoner rock styles reminiscent of “old school bluesy metal” (live recorded drums with straight input of guitars/bass). Then into a mellow clean section (4), which erupts (5) into a fast wavering time mid area with duo leads lines that crashes (6) to a halt as I use the melodic components of the “old bluesy metal” material in a frighteningly bizarre psychedelic movement complete with odd elements coming in and out of focus. Then back into a mellow clean section (7), and into two heavier movements similar to 2&3 (8&9) and ending with a comic trippy electronic piece (10).

  7. Aura 4:30 – This is a classical guitar melody idea that came to me one day that I developed into a few different sketches. I played this straight in on my Chet Atkins Epiphone nylon string electric classical Serial #189222 purchased at Willies – St. Paul MN with the smelliest and most disgusting guitar case ever!

  8. Risk 3:52 – Scary-dark warped electronic synthesizer with “real” miked drums & sonic guitar backdrop.

  9. Physiognomies 6:00 – (10 movements) Guitar only - quaint pieces strewn together for the effect of audio delight - a variety articulate improvised styles.

  10. Sludge 9:06 – (4 solid movements) A heavy slow intro into a light second step with drums and bass jumping into a lead guitar over a rhythm, then the Sludge – slow and nasty, and back to the second and third movements and closing with a second dose of what came first.

  11. Polypulsed 7:45 – affected intro, electronic movements follow with odd time and redefined pulse that is ever-changing to the very end.

  12. A Nice Trek 2:58 – A gentle and sweet mellow streaming guitar melody bluesy yet nowhere near pure pentatonic - swinging electronically, fused with a live drum and a floating funky feel.
